Gaby is FR Law’s Senior Paralegal with more than 10 years of office management experience. In 2017 Gaby began work at the 13th Circuit Public Defender’s Office, assisting attorneys in representing the indigent population of Greenville County. Gaby is passionate about providing empathetic and supportive services to every person who contacts our office. She genuinely believes in FR Law’s mission of “Protecting a brighter future for all.”
Gaby’s career experience, specifically in the Public Defender’s Office, has equipped her with the leadership and communication skills necessary to provide our clients with the exceptional legal service they deserve. She connects with each of our clients on a human level, ensuring their case is given the personal attention it deserves.
Born in Florida, Gaby has lived in every state on the East Coast up to Virginia and is proud to plant her roots here in Greenville. Her father served in the U.S. Navy as a Chief Petty Officer after immigrating from Mexico. Her mother is a Texas native who has enjoyed a successful career as a retail manager. Gaby proudly supports the LGBTQ+ community of the upstate and loves to greet every dog she sees.
The organizations Gaby belongs to include the South Carolina Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, Paralegal Division, and the South Carolina Upstate Paralegal Association.
