Bio
Yenli Gaytan is FR Law’s bilingual paralegal, assisting clients in both English and Spanish. A proud Latina, Yenli is driven by a commitment to excellence in the legal field and a passion for supporting the Hispanic community. She is dedicated to defending clients and fighting for justice, while also assisting those injured in motor vehicle accidents and other personal injury cases.
Born and raised in Greenville, South Carolina, Yenli proudly calls the Upstate home. She and her four sisters watched their parents pursue the American Dream, an experience that deeply shaped her values and career path. Over the years, Yenli has witnessed members of her community struggle within the criminal justice system and observed disparities that fueled her interest in criminal law.
Yenli holds an Associate of Applied Science in Paralegal Studies from GTC and a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice Law from Limestone University. She has also earned a Certificate in Marketing Communications, further strengthening her ability to connect with and advocate for clients.
Her achievements include being named NALA Student of the Year, Hispanic Alliance Rising Star, and Diversity Paralegal of the Year (2022). Yenli is an active member of several professional organizations around the Upstate.
Outside of work, Yenli enjoys baking sweets, traveling to new places with her family, and spending weekends cheering on her son’s soccer team.
